You should arrive at least 15-20 minutes early for your first appointment. You will need to fill out forms prior your consultation. In addition, you will discuss with your lash stylist, your medical history, lifestyle, and desired look. Once this is complete, you will be then escorted to a private suite where your eyelash extension application will be performed. Your lash stylist, will thoroughly clean off the lash and eye area prior application. The cleansing process is important to ensure strong and lasting bond between your natural lashes and the eyelash extensions. After a thorough cleanse, the lash stylist will begin to place an eyelash extension to each individual natural lash. This process will take approximately 1.5 hours for your first set.

With proper care, most cases extensions will last 4-6 weeks. The normal growth and replacement cycle process of your natural lashes will cause the eyelash extensions to come off gradually.

Based on our experience, we recommend refill appointments to be scheduled every 2 - 3 weeks to keep your eyelashes in perfect condition. You can pay for individual refill appointments or purchase a discounted refills package.

Absolutely! We will provide re-fills even if your eyelash set was done on a different eyelash salon.

For the first 24 hours, you will need to maintain your eyelashes dry. No swimming! After that, you will be able to may resume normal activities. However, extensive and excessive exposure to heat and water could compromise the life of your eyelash extensions.

You don’t need to! One of the main benefits of wearing eyelash extensions is that you don’t need to apply mascara in the mornings. However, if you decide to use mascara, use only oil-free products. Avoid waterproof mascara as well!

Absolutely, YES! However, we the use of non-oiled-based products for eye liners and shadows. Oil-based products, should be avoided as they might compromise the life of your extensions. To remove your makeup, you will need to use oil free makeup remover and to be as gentle as possible upon removal of makeup.
