PAYMENT TERMS
Q-Lash Studio requires payment on completion of your services. We accept cash, debit card, Visa or MasterCard.
BOOKING POLICY
Please make your appointments at least one week in advance. We will do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid not finding your preferred time, we would recommend making refill or future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes unforeseen events may prevent you from attending your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel in a timely manner. Cancellations should be made within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding.
LATE POLICY
If you are more than 15-minutes late we may decline your appointment due to the affect it will have to the subsequent bookings after yours.
